On April 24, 2023, Transport Canada’s Assistant Deputy Minister – High Frequency Rail, Vincent Robitaille spoke at the Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montréal’s Strategic Forum on Transportation Infrastructure. He discussed how HFR will be a transformational project where frequency and speed coexist.
